Its been 2.weeks and im holding on. Down 1.7 lbs, working out a gym at least 4 days per week. Im doing well on my plant.based eating. Im going.day by day!

Happy Friday, My internal clocks awakens me betwwen 4-430 am lately. I'm considering going to the gym if this continues next week. I took my rest day on Tues. this week so going to gym after work today. My co worker and I tried a gym location of P.F. close to work on Wed. We are going to try to workout 1x ea. week together if possible to keep each other encouraged. Soo..its been a great week thus far! Hoping your week has been good also!
Yesterday I did 50 mins on bike at the gym completed 6.6 miles, burned 220 calories. 1 day at a time! I read.Sparks article.to distract myself or log food for the day.

Tomorrow will be a challenge for I have sabotage at my work even though I've expressed my health goals. I know I can endure but realize others like misery and want to see failure in others.
