Today was one of my best power walks ever. In one walk I went 9.45 miles in 2 hours 21 minutes. I went out after dinner again to power walk with the dogs for 2 miles. Feeling achieved.

It has poured rain most of the day with high winds and thunder. Indoor activity is what I have had to settle for but that's okay. Maybe tomorrow will be dry and I will be back outside power walking. Got some power walking and stationary cycling completed indoors.
On my power walk today I ran across this critter and couldn't quite figure out what it was. Alas it turned out to be log. You see all sorts of stuff on fall walks.
Have a great day everyone!
