I've been a member here for years but totally fell off the wagon. I hit my heaviest 2 years ago, have lost a little here and there but recently hit that same heaviest weight again. I've been back to eating healthy again for a week, and just started back to the gym yesterday (I'm sore!). This isn't the best picture but it shows my starting size for the most part. Wish me luck! It's been in the upper 90s here so was good to cool off and get that full body workout in. I'm so sore tonight but it's so worth it! It's supposed to be mid 80s tomorrow so hoping to get at least a mile walk in tomorrow since kids have school and hobby works late on Thursdays (so no swimming at the lake). It actually feels good to be so sore, I needed this change in my routine.See this image largerYay me! Starting my week out right for once. Had a mostly healthy breakfast, it’s really hard to cut out my favorite food (potatoes). I had coffee with a little creamer instead of my normal can of Pepsi (going to be a hard habit to break, too!). Then off for my walk, pushed myself today. It doesn’t seem like a lot but for me it’s huge, I’m going from no activity to busting my butt to get this weight off and be healthier and feel better. While my family will be having tortillas I’m choosing to cut the carbs and just eat the chicken and veggies, with a little cheese most likely. My house is smelling amazing!!See this image largerHad way too many calories today but had a great day on the lake. Burnt way more calories than on a normal day just from an hour of treading water. Kids had a blast and hubby actually joined us. Tomorrow is a new day! Goal is better food choices/less calories.
