Whoo hoo bsl 76! Major steps in the right direction! Sunset tonight.Stay warm, dry, safe and HAPPY! 'Tis the season! Yum!Making it for my needs. Burger with lettuce, tomato, onion- no bun or sauce. Water.Berry pear salad with grilled chicken...water.My vacation food splurge: buttermilk blueberry flap Jack's with honey butter, peacan smoked bacon coffee with sweet n low & water.Lunch: blue cheese wedge salad with a small bit of steak. Water & unsweetened ice tea.Recreating a salad I had on vacation. Hubby came home and said"All right! That looks good!!!" And I've looked forward to it all day.I always look forward to whatever salad I come up with for dinner. Tonight: spinach, citrus rice vinegar dressing, feta, almonds, toasted & un-toasted sesame seeds, cranberries and mandrin oranges.How the human body uses the water you intake.Wedgie burger, salad and water. Mmm2 water at lunch down!Avacado egg boats with bacon, pick, guac, a tiny bit of cheese on greens with hot sauce. And water.Lunch: eggs, turkey and home made guac.School starts tomorrow here. Things will be more hectic, so I'm making my life easier & easier to stay on track. Poached a bunch of boneless skinless chicken breast today to have all week for the family. Just add veggies! Poaching keeps the meat moist too.Ok, last meal before labs. Spinach with pecans, feta, cranberries and blue cheese dressing.Sometimes?Being better for me. Turkey ragu on half of spaghetti squash.Makes me smile inside and out. He actually brings it to us to put on him!On track! Dinner by light of the tree. 2 egg omlet with chives, tiny bit of bacon and cheese. I need to go to the store for produce. Weather has been nasty the past couple days and today, so I'm waiting.Successful (for the most part) trip out for breakfast. Didn't sleep much. So far so good except for sleep. On track logging food today working backward so I don't short myself. That works best for me. Didn't get the chance to weigh in today due to craziness around here today. Focus today: eat on track. Will add on to focus as days/weeks go on.My new chicken salad. 2 carbs, over 5 fibers. Secrets: spicy white pepper & chia seeds! YumBoneless BBQ pork ribs & asparagus. Long day but sweated it up at the gym again today.This flu is really doing a number on me. My sweet hubby made me breakfast and is trying to take care of me while my puppy lays with me. He knows I don't feel good. Trying my hardest to kick this flu. Had my flu shot months ago. Still can getcha!Parm crusted baked chicken cutlet on top of salad.Dinner: 3cups salad and pork steak mixed in. There's more veggies than greens in there they just sank.Whole grain toast, cottage cheese, avocado, tomatoes, s/p. Accidentally forgot the egg. Oops! Was amazing anyway!Whoosh! WhoohooTonight's dinner...Bacon cheese whopper chaffle with onion rings.
