I'm pre-diabetic and I would like too be more healthy and lose more weight so that I can be the best I can be. Hoping this app will help out with support. Today's the first day of the rest of my life, started my diet today, I had a total of 1,176, and burned 195. Any advice is appreciated, thank you!3 more pounds down! Down to 216!!!
Only 16 pounds away from my first goal!
21 Lbs down from where I started! I cannot wait to be under 200 lbs!Fell off the diet train a bit the last day or two, still stayed away from junk food and sweets, and haven't went NUTS on calories, I just wasn't tracking. Tomorrows a new day though. Another day another pound. Cannot wait to be in ONEderland.
#16PoundsToGoHas anyone tried to do a short term 600 calorie diet within their regular 1,500-1,800 diet? I've read you can lose like 15 lbs in two weeks doing it, but I know if you do it long term it is unhealthy and can cause your body to go in "Starving mode". I was thinking of trying it for 2 weeks, then going back to the regular 1,500 to continue losing slower. I just have 16 lbs to lose to reach 200 and I want it GONE.Found these pictures from a year ago, when I asked my Fiance to marry me, I was just coming down from 250, then found out I was pregnant a week later so weightloss got put on hold at 237, but I maintained it my whole pregnancy and gave birth still at 237. Now I'm down to 216 and I'm really glad I don't look this big anymore. I can't wait to be smaller and healthy for my family. What do you guys consider a "bad" day for your diet? If you go over at all? If you go over by 100-200 calories? Or if you go over by 500+?
I went over by like 100 calories today because I wanted popcorn tonight and I always feel guilty. What type of core work outs do you do? I can't do a lot of sit-ups because I had a baby 4 months ago, but I'm open to other suggestions and ideas on how to tighten this up at home. Was down to 213 today, 3 more lbs gone and only 13 lbs away from my first goal. Ten pounds down from when I started tracking, and 24 lbs down from where I started, so I treated myself to a Chinese buffet and didn't track it.. even though I probably should have.2 more lbs down. 26 Lbs in Total so far!
My diet is working so far! That's 2 lbs in 6 days! I'm so excited. How fast are you losing? Are you just dieting or are you working out too? I'm currently just dieting.Roughly what I was around the beginning of December. Down to 213 now. Can you guys see any difference? I don't really, but I know I've lost weight, I was 237 in October after I had my son but don't really have any pictures from that time. Figured I've lost enough to finally post a progress photo.Roughly what I was around the beginning of December. Down to 211 now. Can you guys see any difference? I don't really, but I know I've lost weight, I was 237 in October after I had my son but don't really have any pictures from that time. Figured I've lost enough to finally post a progress photo.Very excited to take some of the pressure off of my hips and my knees.I'm having a hard time staying on the diet wagon. Please give me words of encouragement, tell me about your journey and what you've lost and GAINED;) from dieting. The last 3 days I've been over in calories, and had fast food GARBAGE. I wanna get back on track but I also wanna eat everything in sight. I'm having a diffcult time staying on track, and motivating. I'm not very good at staying consistent with things and I wanna do better!Do y'all do alternatives for "Snacky" foods, or do you try to stay away from anything that reminds you of junk? I'm just curious on what people's reasonings are, I see alternative "healthy cookies" etc, and then I see people avoid anything even remotely like sweets in the fear that it will bring them back to eating those types of foods.
What works for you?Watching worst cooks in America. Got my 5 lbs weights and I'm gonna distract myself with TV while I use them. What weights do you guys use for casual working out? My fiance says I should have ten pounders.Determined to get back on track today.
Wanna reach my 200 lb goal by spring. Are you guys also doing fasting? When and how has it been working for you? What do you guys keep your calories at per meal?
What amount do you leave yourself for snacks in between?
