But it's better than the day before. Here's a photo from vacation in Kenosha, WI last week. We rode that bike together (our first time on a tandem). That tiny seat killed my rear, but with accommodations (I'd get off and walk when I couldn't take it any longer) we ended up covering about 5 miles of Lake Michigan shoreline.See this image largerI've been in Chicago since Wednesday for a ministry conference, and I've enjoyed some great food, and I've walked quite a bit, and I've stayed within my calorie range! Today makes 4 days in a row! I even enjoyed a whole slice of cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory! My best friend (right side) is keeping me company!
