Finally made it to the farmers market today! I bought veggies and treated myself to some beautiful flowers. I had a relaxing and productive day & I'm hoping for the same thing tomorrow!

I did some yoga tonight. I needed something low impact so that I wouldn’t be energized before I went to sleep. I am definitely not bendy enough for yoga, but I get a shot anyways. 🤣🤷🏻♀️
Pilates for the win!!
I tried the Beachbody Morning Meltdown 100 sample video today. I LOVE that it has a main trainer showing the moves but there are two other fit exercisers who are larger women. I was excited to see a modified exercise by a larger fit woman, but then even more excited to realize that I didn’t need to modify as much as I would’ve expected! 💯 🏋🏻♀️
