See this image largerI was diagnosed this past Summer with Systemic Scleroderma and Hypothyroidism, since then I have gone to as natural a diet possible for me. Trying my best for health from the inside out. Started this morning with a baked sweet potato, almond's, wild blueberries, Chia seeds & a drizzle of raw honey. Oh and almond milk.YUM!
