I sure didn’t want to go for a walk tonight, but I did it! Day three of doing what’s good for me.My heart goes out to Nova Scotia tonight. So senseless. 🙏🏻 My evening walk was filled with thoughts about trust and safety. You just never know. Prayers for the families.Woo boo! 7 days of 10,000 steps and not another human in sight. After 3 weeks of staying inside, this is a nice change.Healthy oatmeal apple muffins with pumpkin seeds. One per day is a nice treat. Baked sour cream buns today - only 127 calories. I only ate one.Time to retire these 10,000 steps-a-day shoes. They have done me well.My own homegrown tomatoes! Heirloom is ugly, but oh, so tasty! Tomato salad tonight!My sweet, seedless grapes are ready! I freeze them and eat them all winter! 🍇In my studio, realizing I have lost more weight than a box of clay! That is significant! Wow!I have officially lost 50 lbs. Each day of health focus has paid off. I have a new eating lifestyle, not a dietAugust 31, 2020! I am quite pleased with myself. is looking at 11 years of effort! MSTH had a purple ribbon campaign and many vigils to remember their loved ones. These lost souls affect us all. Regular exercise and weight loss are good for my heart. My Bluebeard is blooming and the bees are in heaven. I have a small bumblebee hive that I just adore watching. Wild and free! ❤️🐝I made the 100-calorie carrot ginger muffins. Yum!Success is wearing a healthy size 12 - Sept 2020. Day 1 of month 6 of daily SparkPeople commitment and to myself. Staying on track! Just like my sunflower, I am blooming! I’m proud to have reached a new “lowest” weight and thankful that I can eat half a chocolate and resist further temptation.🍫is seeing the end of summer ... the Canada Geese are heading south. Blue sky again! The grapes are getting ready for harvest. I love my morning walk!
