Happy Mother's Day!
Long day at work has left me spent! Had a hard time staying awake. On the upside, i noticed weightloss in my face and neck today!
Strugglung to stay on track today...

Beginning the day with good choices!
Dont let a poor choice of breakfast or lunch put you in a downward spiral to eating poorly for dinner since "the day is shot already"- instead, have an entire bag of Green Giant Steamers! They have so many delicious options ready to save the day and they are SOOOO GOOD!
Making healthy choices! sweet baby bell pepprs, red pepper hummus and laughing cow light swiss and a couple hard boileds! YUM!
GOODNESS! Just tried this Kind Mini- Dark Chocolate Cherry Cashew its moist and flavor packed!! Just wish the carb and sugars were a bit more friendly! Still great as a special treat!!
Great start to a great day! Protien shake with fresh fruit and greek yogurt!
