See this image largerReminding myself of this today as my depression has reared it's ugly head this past week and I indulged in many foods when not even hungry. Working to stay on track today. It won't be easy but it will be worth it. I gained back five pounds and I don't want to go back to where I was before. I know I can get to my next goal. Trying to stay positive even if I feel bad.
