So I am down from a size1X to a medium! My husband picked out the wrong shirt today ( my motivation shirt) to my job for something to wear after work. I told him it wouldn't fit because it's a medium. He made me try it on and guys . . . IT FITS!!! I posted a before picture and a picture of me now.
Great news! I now fit into a size 14! When I was a size 20 at the beginning of my journey!

I fit into a size 10 now and some mediums are getting baggy! I was a 2X and a size 20 this is a before and after!

Back at my weight of a month or so ago before I fell off the diet. Just 4 more pounds and I'm under 200. Only 1,400 calories to and eating the right amount for nutrition.

Portioned my snacks for the week. I have learned I tend to rush in the morning and forget my healthy snacks and end up munching on unhealthy snacks if I don't prepare.
Back on track! To celebrate this is a before and after picture. I've lost about 30 pounds. Found this old picture from last year and was surprised at how big I was, glad I'm making progress.
I am learning there is a difference between loosing fat and loosing weight. I have stayed at the same weight for a while. But I have learned I'm loosing fat and gaining muscle. I've lost about 30 pounds, this is a before and after.
