Carbs to help push me through a busy morning - oats with honey, strawberries, bananas, and plain almond milk. Happy Friday!
Oats with banana (they were frozen, and melted!!!), a TBSP of natural peanut butter, a TBSP of raw honey, and cinnamon! Will keep me going until break this morning! :-)

A good start to a chilly morning!
After making about 8 breakfasts at work today, I had to - 2 eggs loaded with mushrooms, tomatoes, onion, green pepper, a little avocado, and a litrle cheddar. Fuel 'til 3pm!
Down from 181. Slow going, but I'm happy. ^_^
Avocado whole grain toast with tomato and a wee bit of Vaganiase for even more flavor. Good morning to you!
Pre-workout fuel: old-fashioned oats, unsweetened frozen strawberries and blueberries, and lactose-free milk.
Buffalo chicken breast and rutabaga "pasta". No recipe for this one, played it by ear. Not pictured are celery sticks and a side of organic ranch.
Victory breakfast!
1 cup lactose-free milk
1/2 cup blueberry kefir
1/2 cup raw old-fashioned oats
55 grams unsweetened frozen strawberries
52 grams frozen unsweetened blueberries
Worked up a proper sweat on the elliptical today!
And, BOOM...balance.
That was a heck of a good session! 1.50 miles in 25 min. on elliptical!
Before practicing dance for a performance this weekend! Only 9 minutes, but boy, it kicks up the ol' heart rate!

Surprisingly meatless, "Italian-inspired chili. Had with yolk-less egg noodles, a drizzle of EVOO, a light string cheese, and 5 black olives. YUM!

Seafood salad, made with Simply Surimi, Veganaise, celery, onion, and seasonings, on a whole wheat tortilla.
Too much red onion. X.x
And too much lunch - I thought I could eat two of these, and now I know better. Uuuuugh.
Otherwise, tasty!
I went without eating junk at work today, and I held out til the end of my shift for my meal! Had a nice dinner after working out, and let myself have the last of the M&Ms I'd been saving...proud of myself tonight, after a rough few weeks!
As of 4/5/'12, I've lost 15 lbs.!
