Taco bowls with brown rice, lean ground beef, whole pinto beans diced up veggies for lunches and then baked broccoli (seriously! try it instead of steaming... delicious!!), shredded chicken breast and some baked mashed sweet potato. Being prepared helps me focus and work towards on my goals. What kinds of things help you make good decisions? 😊

Dear self....
Don’t know who needs to hear this today but... YOU ARE ENOUGH! I apologize if the language offends you but sometimes the word is just fitting. 😉❤️❤️❤️ I am enough. Even if I don’t feel it I have to tell myself this every day and maybe one day I’ll truly believe it.
