We were busy today, so I skipped lunch. This is my super yummy make up dinner. Spinach, strawberry and blueberry salad and a sweet potato, tuna salad and triscuits w/cheese. I could only eat half the tuna salad, which made me a bit shy of my minimum.....but I think eating under occasionally is fine. Plus I have extra in case I get hungry later....which I usually do. What was your dinner?

I ♡pickles!! I found these little pickle packs. They are so tiny and yummy!!! I've never thought a pickle was cute before 🤣🤣🤣

Berries in fall!!! Woo hoo!! I love my berries and am so happy I can still find them ☆
Smoothie for dinner :) Spinach, banana, blackberries, yogurt and some milk. So wonderful ☆

Lunch with my sister, I didn't eat the egg roll. Cabbage soup, small salad and Thai drunken noodles with chicken breast. My favorite. Tons of fresh veggies :)

I just saw this pic on Pinterest. Looks delicious, but my first thought was...how many tablespoons of peanut butter is that???!!! Lol!!! I love peanut butter so I know how many calories it has. I try to rarely eat more than 2 tablespoons a day. Things you notice when you count calories!!!
I put my salad into my chicken alfredo pasta!!! Tomatoes, zucchini, spinach, garlic and broccoli, mmm!!!
Went to Apple Hill today, it's a big loop of farms. It was so pretty and definitely got me in the mood for fall. We walked and walked, it was nice :) These beauties were at one of the farms. They were too pretty, I had to get a photo ☆

I made an observation about my new healthier habits today. I noticed that I'm running out of things that used to last me awhile or things I never bought before. And things that I used to have to buy weekly are now lasting longer. I used to buy 4 sticks of butter every week!! Who needs that much butter!!? A tub of salad usually ended up rotting in the crisper, now I've gone through one in less than a week. These kinds of changes inspire me to push forward, to get stronger and healthier ☆

Doing my daily stationary bike routine, thinking of ways to get a harder workout with my tender back and sore tendon. And BAM it hit me, turn up the tension on my bike!! Woo hoo, let the sweat pore!!! (Yeah, I'm a slow learner, but when it hits me I get so excited!!)
I am!!! I had some potentially life altering news today. May be losing my job of 9 years. I wanted to come home and curl up in a ball, but I'm not going to. Dinner is in the oven and exercise will happen as usual. Life happens and how we choose to deal with it determines how we feel. Today, despite what may come, I choose to be POSITIVE ♡
I am so much more than my current weight (which is down 2 pounds this week, woo hoo). I am taking steps to prove to myself that I love myself and my needs are a priority. When I don't care for myself all aspects of my life suffer, when I do care for myself everything gets better. Cheers to fighting the good fight, you never know who you are inspiring ☆
Accepting my mistakes this time around. If I can't accept them and move forward I will never reach my goals. #babysteps
Had a bump in the road today, but it didn't knock me off my path. Buckled down and had a good dinner and will start my 90 minute stationary bike ride soon. A little mess up will not ruin my day!!! ☆☆☆☆
I used to give up if it wasn't perfect. I wouldn't track if I had a bad day. If I couldn't get in the fit mins I wanted to do I wouldn't do anything. Those days are over. No quitting for me. If it's not perfect that's ok, it probably never will be. But some effort is better than no effort. So let's keep sparking and prove that consistent steps in the right direction lead to brighter horizons than we could have previously imagined ☆
This is a message from me, to me!!!! It feels so good to be back and I want to remember this feeling in the hopes that I never stop again!! ☆♡☆
