With my 7 kids!Woohoo!! 6:20 am and I've already walked 2.5 miles with my kids!Making zucchini noodles for my spaghetti at lunch today! I hope it works! ðŸ˜„After my morning walk with my 2yo! He got to sit in the double stroller!Woohoo!! Just finished an hour of swimming with my kids!Oh yeah!!! Great walk this morning!On my walk 3.85 mile walk and 2lbs down this morning! Over 2000 calories burned in exercise alone this week!! Walked even though I didn't want to and I almost lost all my water ðŸ˜³!! I'm going to do this!! Missing 2 kids but this is us after our morning walk! The kids went 2 miles but I went 4!! We even got up before the sun did! Walked 4 miles today!! Woohoo!
After swim glow!! Literally lol!! I need a tan!Woohoo!! I'm so light!! I need more sun!! Lol swimming with the kids is great exercise! That little one keeps me on my toes!!Unsweetened almond milk, cherries, a nectarine and a frozen banana! MmmmmmmOn our walk this morning... He looks as happy as I was to be out this morning!! ðŸ˜†â¤ï¸I hate pics of me but I need to except the way I look if I'm going to change it!! Just finished 4.4 miles!Mmmmm nice breakfast.. Lots of fruits with almond milk!This was a super yummy snack but.... I shared... With my kids.. The bag is gone! ðŸ˜³ðŸ’—ðŸ˜†Busted thru a 5 mile walk today!! Although it took me a little longer today it still made me sweat!My oldest, 15, and my youngest, 3mos, sleeping after I did teabo! LolTook this, all 3 peaches about a handful of cherries and the frozen banana, about one cup blue berries and one cup almond milk. I added in 2 cups spinach and ninja-ed it!! LolðŸ˜†breakfast served.One of the many reasons to push myself to become healthy!Mmmmm lunch!! BBQ beef sandwich and a salad with peperoncini's!! â¤ï¸ðŸ˜‘ðŸ’œMmmmm dinner!! With salad!!Mmmmmm breakfast!My 3 oldest turned 12 on Thursday and I made her a chocolate cake with homemade mint icing.. Pretty tasty.. But the cool thing is, we have such a big family that after us and the grandparents... No left over cakeðŸ˜œ there were 12 of us at this party!2 waffles a peach and some strawberries.. And apple butter on my waffles instead of syrup!! Yummy!Mmmm breakfast after my 1hr 4 mile walk!Mmmmm dinner!!Lots of geese on my walk today!Now before y'all judge these are pumpkin brownies.. Made with brownie mix and a can of pumpkin. Not bad ðŸ˜† but not real brownies either. But helped with the chocolate cravingðŸ˜€My 11yo anxiously awaiting his shots lol!!Mmmm breakfast!! Eggs, spinach, mushrooms, and onion. Oh and a little cheese!!Waffles with strawberries!! I could eat strawberries all day long!!Grilled chicken thigh (boneless skinless) on a bed of spinach and lettuce with ranch, little bit of cheese and croutons... And a tortilla.. Yummy summer dinner!!Starting the 28day boot camp again with spark!! And I'm starting today cuz it's better then waiting for a Monday that never comes!! Each day I complete will be crossed off! Hopefully I can stay on track and finish this time!Coffee with almond milk and stevia and water. Yummy Hayashi for dinner!! Yummy!!Woohoo!! Happy birthday to me!!Thanks to my girls for the birthday cake ðŸ’—ðŸ˜ƒ.. With my big family it's easy to actually eat 1/12 of a cake.. There is enough to save my mom a piece and have 2 slices left!! Goodies in moderation! Dinner!! Taco salad, ground turkey, cheese, lettuce, spinach, light sour cream, avocado and a little sauce.. Yummy â˜ºï¸I vacuumed all these pews today and boy did I work up a sweat!! 1.5 hours cleaning our church today!! Post walk breakfast!! Yummy sriracha hummus, ritz and cucumber!Little bit of left over spaghetti mixed with zucchini noodles and baby Bella mushrooms!!This is my 16lb weight I carry around ðŸ˜ƒJust had an eye opening picture taken of me today.. I really need to focus and he motivated by this!!My 2yo trying on my new shoes!ðŸ˜ŠAfter workout fuel and "glow" lol!!George Forman grillin Love/hate relationship here.. I don't get subway too much cuz they're expensive but it hit the spot today!! Roast beef with all the veggies and vinaigrette!! Starving this morning so I bought some steamed veggies!!Ah the joys of teething..ðŸ‘ŽMy daughters cake.. Did you know you can use unsweetened applesauce instead of oil in cake mixes.. It's awesome! Can't even tell the difference!!Look mom!! I can do it!! I'm a strong baby!AM workout done and celebrating with my 2yo and water lol!!Mmmmm lunch!!Mmmmm brunch!!Much better then my chick fil a breakfast.. I should've logged it before I ate it and I might have made a different choice. Oh well live and learn ðŸ˜Oatmeal with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and one tablespoon unpacked brown sugar.. I need a pool!!!Made this pizza crust with chicken breast and mozzarella cheese.. Then topped it!! So good for about 140 cal per slice and 2 grams carbs!! Everyone loved it!Took a walk at the park today!! Then played at the water part of it!! A very fun family adventure!!!Low carb pancakes!! Made with 2 eggs, 2oz cream cheese!!Low carb cloud bread!! I'm having a sandwich with this tonight!!Now that's how you eat yogurt.Breakfast!! That's a veggie burger.. Very tasty!! The spinach was a lot more before I wilted it.. I've lost 10lbs in 2 weeks!! I have too many kids lol!!Yummy low carb snack!Cauliflower cheese sticks!! Yummy!!!Been getting on this bad boy every morning!! Getting my exercise done early has proven beneficial to me!! And this thing isn't just a dust collector anymore!!It's 1:27pm.. I'm rocking this day!For anyone doing LCHF diets this little sweet treat is great for curbing a sweet tooth! Sugar free jello with 2 cups heavy whipping cream and mix until fluffy!! Yummy!! I had about 2 tbsp of it and I'm good!! But you could eat the whole thing so careful!!Trying to be better has not helped me, I HAVE to do better!! Starting with my food!! Eating non processed good for me stuff!!Chicken Alfredo with zoodles!! So yummy!! I could eat this all day! And it feels so indulgent!So happy that my week of "bad" eating didn't effect my weight loss.. back on track with my breakfast pizza! Eggs, bacon, cheese and chipotle sauce on a low carb tortilla!Same breakfast as yesterday but I added spinach! Thank you to another sparker for that idea! I think I'll add even more next time!! Low carb tortilla with scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, spinach and chipotle sauce!! So yummy!!After a really bad day of emotional eating yesterday, I am back in track with a healthy breakfast. I used 2oz cream cheese, about 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 tbs heavy whipping cream, a little salt and cracked pepper! Microwaved for about 30 sec, stirred and mixed with my cauliflower 😘Breakfast 😍Subway salad for lunch 😍My daughter made me breakfast while I was walking on the treadmill!! Low carb tortilla topped with egg, bacon, spinach, and cheese.. oh and a little hot sauce for some kick!So with 1/2 price frappuccino days at Starbucks this week, I made it my mission to:
A) not buy one 👍🏻
B) make my own with 210 cal 7g carbs 31g protein 🙌🏻
So I went off plan today and enjoyed some Chinese food with the fam. I'm not mad at myself or disappointed because I knew that I was going to do this. I did tho have beef and broccoli so it wasn't as bad but still more sugar then I wanted . Happy Mother's Day y'all!So today we received some bad news about my husbands liver. It's getting worse and I'm scarred. He never wants to eat healthy and every time I mention cooking that way he says he won't eat it. I'm at a loss.. he's convinced that exercise alone will change it. So on that happy note I got him to go for a walk with me 😊.. baby stepsJust bought these for pizza tomorrow!! Super excited. I'm going to try and separate them into two smaller rounds because I like thin crust... I'll post how they turn out!I made pizza with Joseph's pita bread! Very yummy! The last pic was what the rest of the family had, homemade French bread pizza. I love making it at home because I control what ingredients go on it 😊I had salad, grilled steak and veggies for dinner.. so yummy!! I also took advantage of my hot grill to cook my spaghetti squash for tomorrow!! Such a good day overall!!Grilled chicken breast, spaghetti squash, and broccoli.. very yummy dinner!Me time is important.. I took a little me time to read my Bible with homemade cold coffee and my protein pancakes! Got 8,000 steps in before 8am and I feel good! Happy day spark peeps!So yesterday some folks asked me about my protein pancakes.. the recipe is 2 eggs, 2oz cream cheese, cinnamon and some stevia to taste.. I put it in my ninja pulse till smooth then pour it on a griddle (in little pancakes)heated to about 325.. you have to let them cook till you start seeing the edges look done.
