Running away the pounds
I Run Because... I eat cake and drink beer. It helped me lose 100 pounds. It lifts me up when feeling down. It brings me down when feeling a bit too up. When I run it motivates others. It allows me to do stupid things and call it exercise. I enjoy taking wrong turns and getting lost. I run because I still can. #NationalRunningDay #KeepMovingForward

2011-2017. I lost over 100lb and gained a new active lifestyle. I did gain back a bit of weight after a hip surgery but that weight is slowly melting away one step at a time. Keep moving forward, you got this!
It hit 30+ degrees two days in a row in MN....you bet I broke out the running skirt for my run today! 😅❄
And somedays, we need to rest...
Spent the last few days in Montana. I miss feeling comfortable in my own skin. I miss wearing clothes I can hike in that don't chafe. I need to find the old me again so I can do the things I love. One day at a time.
