I watched the sun rise and later in the day while sipping orange flavored black tea on the porch a squirrel who lives in the oak tree was watching me :)Lemony dinner tonight :) baked salmon with lemon, garlic, honey, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper... rice with mixed veggies and a drizzle of lemon vinaigrette.Spark filling the day....yoga, healthy breakfast, managing my time.Baked sweet potato, roasted carrots with olive oil, salt and pepper....dinner tonight, lunch tomorrow.Feels like summer today....looking forward to fall like weather tomorrow.Chili...some for lunches this week and some for the freezer.Staying up to watch baseball has my body tired but happy....Washington Nationals are off to the World Series! I use to bake banana bread when bananas got too ripe now I put them in baggies in the freezer to make smoothies. #nonscalevictoryOut of the oven...roasted carrots...will be adding these to my homemade spicy veggie soup...delish!My plans for this rainy weekend...books , tea and some Sparking.Usually when I make tuna salad I only add onion , pickles, mayo and mustard but since I'm doing the veggie challenge I added celery and carrots too. delish!3 miles on the stationary bike...done...fruit smoothie in the blender and I'm down a pound! Yes, it's a beautiful day!is Turkey bacon veggie bowl with feta....cauliflower, carrots, zucchini, lima beans, green beans, hot and sweet peppers...if mixing all these flavors is wrong I don't want to be right.
