I brought all my food with me so I did not have an excuse to leave and get fast food. Gluten free spinach tortilla wraps were a successful sub for my normal large tortilla breakfast burrito. This one had the spinach wrap, crockpot homemade refried beans, avocado, bacon and cheese. 300 ish calories (hard to track those beans!) and kept me full till lunch.See this image largeris all packed up for summer camp.
