well here we are again...............today was not a great day with the knees.............had a lot of pain during the night and was supposed to do the cardio machines today.................took my medication and decided to go to the pool today and be gentle on the knees so just did 1 hr laps and in the end it was a good choice as worked through the pain...........and had good mobility the rest of the day and the pain eventually deminished.................so am taking one day at a time.................am counting my blessings for yesterday,todayand tomorrow......................
..will carry on all be it slowly...................hugs and blessings to all...........................
