Well, anotherday almost done! This is day five. Nothing new to tell really. I'm eating well and enjoying what i am eating. My cravings for sugary foods have reduced and when faced with temptation i am resisting!!! I'm stayin at my boyfriends house tonight so who knows what may be for dinner...something i don't have control over unfortunately, but i will do my best with what i'm given. I'm officially resignin from the 'clean plate club' i won't be embarrassed about not finishing my meals if i am full. :):)

    Excellent to hear!!!

    Prioritise the healthy foods - crap can stay on the plate! I now only make the recommended serving amount!
