Did you know you can do exercises while driving or as a passenger? I had to take my granddaughter home to her dad which is a 2 hr drive one way and I decided to do kegels , buttock squeezes, stomach tightening, and holding my back straight instead of slumping over. Wow after 4 hrs of doing these exercises my abs and buttocks were feeling it. You can even point and flex your feet. Just be sure to pay attention to your driving. You can turn the music up and dance in the car also...well I can't really dance but I sure can wiggle! LOL

    What a wonderful creative way to find time a place to exercise. i can imagine that after those 4 hours that your were feeling it!!!!
