Ups and Downs

Exercise is going great...I've upped to 60 minutes most days, and 75 minutes a couple days of the week.
I just joined the 3500+ Team, which is a team for burning 500 calories a day. That is actually going to be hard, but something I need to work on. Usually if I walk on the treadmill I burn between 300-400 calories in 60 minutes. I'll probably switch to the elliptical to get in some extra calorie-burning.
Eating is frustrating. Right now it's super super super busy at work. I manage my breakfast and lunch pretty well but it starts falling apart at dinner and on weekends. It's just been a lot of eating out right now. That will slow down next week. I over ate on pizza last night, but at least it was veggie pizza.
I'm going to the doctor for a checkup tomorrow (hopefully he will be impressed becasue I am losing weight) and I have an appointment with the nutritionist on March 4.
So, I know things are going to get better, I just have to try to make better choices when we go out. I know I can do it!
