moving along

Wednesday, February 27, 2008

When I went on line this morning I found a message from sp to change to level 2 to my surprise. Has it been 2 weeks already. The amazing thing is it took me 9 days to have time to learn the site and feel comfortable and for 5 I have been using it every day and having fun doing so, keeping track of water and food. But the crazy thing was I had a tinge of anxiousness about jumping to next level. why? does this mean I am committed now to moving on and working the program? Yes it does! So I moved along and went to level two, baby steps really. I feel so much better with myself after these two weeks. First, I feel better because I am seeing the scale moving and second because I don't feel like a disappointment or failure to myself as well as feeling a tinge of hopefulness that I CAN do this thing of getting healthy.

moving thru the levels is a personal thing and we each know whats best for us.. keep your momentum going in whatever way works best for you.. post everyday and read the articles they will keep you motivated.. I like to spend time on pages of people who have lost a lot of weight too.. you are doing great for being here such a short amount of time.. Seeing the scales move feels really good doesn't it? You know another thing that really motivates me is keeping my weight chart set to reflect my next goal weight.. it was just too far away setting it to 175lbs.. I need to see more progress.. I just got brave and set it for 20lbs away.. Hugs to you, debbie
