Waking up after 12 hours of sleep is so very hard to as I write this I hear Neil Sedaka sing it in my head to the tune of Breaking Up Is Hard To Do.

I just got up. Slowly. I have some muscle inflammation and the fibromyalgia is flaring up some. So I'm definately giving my body a break today. I actually could have used more sleep. I ended up staying up 24 hours yesterday, but that was largely due to my husbands work sending everyone home because of the "winter blizzard" lol the snow has already melted.

The grocery stores had been attacked and were virually out of everything. Then he had to go do this and that and this and would you believe he had made an appointment with the doctor so he could get a tetnus shot, he works in a metal shop and has cut himself on some rusted pipes that he works with a couple of times, and the doctor didn't have the medicine. The pharmacies around here don't carry it either!!! What the heck??

I cut myself on glass rather badly once and had to have stitches, and my doctor gave me a shot for tetnus, why doesn't our city have that? So we have to go to the ER with blood poisoning to get one? I guess. I find that very strange. I must investigate this further. How can you have a metal industry and not have the vaccine for tetnus?

Ah. The first sip of hazelnut coffee my hubby brought me. He is my knight in shining armor. I don't know how I'd get through without him.

Signing off for Sabbath, I'll be back at online and raring to go after sunset. Don't forget this weekend is daylight savings time--spring forward!

If you have fibro I urge you to get a copy of "The Fibromyalgia Solution" by David Dryland, MD out of the Library - it is an excellent resource. I don't usually recommend books but this one really is good! Jenna
