Lost total of 11lbs

I lost 6 pounds since my last weigh in 02/11. I am so motivated right now. I hope my progress helps to motivate others. I can't say this enough watch your portions and snack. (healthy snacks) in between meals and drink lots of water. I will join a gym close to home by May. In the mean time I am walking and Billy Blanks is my best friend lol

    Great job!!!! Keep up the good work. I just started last week and I lost a couple of pounds, but I was really excited to lose almost two inches off my waist and an inch off my hips-- yippee! Thanks for sharing your success, it definitely helps motivate me to keep going.
