Blah!!

I weighed in this morning and I only lost 2 oz. Waaahhhh! I thought I was doing so good. I exercised every day and tried to keep my calories within range. O f course I messed up on two of the seven days but I was soooo good on the other five days.

And next week we go on vacation...not good timing at all. :(

    Hang in there Cindy! Exercising every day...what an accomplishment. Don't let that Scale beat you up! Believe me, i can totally relate. Just remember how much farther along you are on a healthiness level from just he work outs and reward yourself for that! Everything else will follow!

    Don't dwell on it. Just try hard, tomorrow. Don't worry about next week, it's a few days away. Just concentrate on 'today' for now. I bet you'll do great, Tuesday! It's just one day.....it'll be fine!! Keep on.....keeping on!
