well along awaited appointment with the dietician took place yesterday..........brought in several days of tracking my nutrition........she was very impressed with sparkpeople and how well they can track things................i am alwasys learning and i sure learned a lot about proteins and other nutrients............so am on a new plan for 3 weeks............limiting proteins to at least 60.........and she helped me tweak the diet a bit better making a more balenced daily intake...........and total calories to 1500/1600 daily and see how that will go..................fine tuning things is a very important part of nutrition ..........on monday will start with a trainer to fine tune things there as well................so am looking froward to see what she comes up with...........blessings and hugs.....................lita

    That is an awesome idea to bring your Sparkpeople tracked info in to your physician. I love the nutrition tracking especially. It keeps my honest and has opened my eyes so I can make wiser choices. Good luck with the adjustments, I know you'll do well.
