5K Running Plan

Ok so I have decided that since my daughter showed me that I can run a little (lol). I'll follow a 9weeks walking/jogging plan. I used to run all the time as a teenager. My brother, my cousin and I used to wake up early at least three times and run to the beach and back home and then get ready for school. I can't believe we had that much energy. I'd like to capture that part of my life back. Running always made me feel better. I remember been able to run when something or someone made my soul shift. (That’s how I refer to being upset) "smile" and running always made me feel better no matter what. It was just me the pavement and the air.

I am getting so excited just thinking about this new challenge. My husband said he used to love running maybe I can convince him to take on this challenge with me.

So here we go nine weeks.... starting.....Tuesday 22, April 2008.

I will post a pledge on the weekend to help cement the deal.
