Day 2 - trying to build a habit !

It takes 28 days to make a habit. Today is day 2. I have received so many responses to my posts and hope to be able to live up to the commitment of building new friendships. Ok - off to my second cup of coffee and work. Happy Wednesday - day 8 of exercise ( consecutive) and day 2 of Spark People!

    I herd the same 28 day theme !!I think I heard it on Montel years ago .I also believe it !!! So Congrats and keep it up !!!
