Wow, Slept Through The Whole Day...

I got up early enough, I just couldn't stay up, my body demanded the sweet escape of sleeping more...it wouldn't let me have a say. So after yet another 8 hours of sleep I'm up at 11 pm and going to get to work. I'll be going to the spa when it opens at 5 and get 2 workouts done as well as my household duties and then back to the spa again so I won't be on until tomorrow night to post PartII to I Will Not Live In Fear.

I LOOOOVE my teams, my H.E.R.O.E.S, KISSABLES, KB'S, GLOW, DREAMERS, all of us together in seperate teams are still just one huge team working together to achieve our goals in the uplifting and powerful spirit of friendship!

My affirmation for today: My hips and back are killing me as fibromyalgia reintroduces itself to me, but I'm alive to feel it and I won't let it interfere in what I have to do to be rid of it forever. I'm strong enough to do this!

    Good for you for getting that sleep. We do need to listen to our bodies more. I struggle a lot with lack of sleep--I am trying to develop better sleeping habits.

    I too experience times when I need just a little bit more sleep. I takeit since being 45 years old now, I deserve it. Right?! *ROFLOL*

    The need for more sleep is most noticeable during my period... I can sleep 14 hours if I let myself. *LOL*

    Nice to know others have the same experience. I dont feel like a "lazy" woman now. *S*

    I've had too many days when I felt that I slept the day away. It's nice occasionally, but when you have chronic pain it can easily turn into every day. emoticon Exercise is great in helping me both have energy as well as reducing chronic pain. Best of luck to you.

    Sometimes we need that extra sleep-- I KNOW I will need it tomorrow! I am on my first night back to work and I generally would have gone to bed at 430-- well it was 7pm before I fot to bed so I am short on sleep and getting tired...I will make it! maybe it is time to read lots of blogs!
