Okay, so I dropped off doing anything for the past month, and I regret it. I gained back up to 228. I really hate that I got that lazy, but what can you do when you use the excuse that you don't have time. I need to try to do something every day, especially since my daughter has mentioned she wants to go walking again. We'll see what happens.

    let your daughter be your motivation. If it wasn't for my dog, I'd sleep in every morning. We walk two miles each morning and if I try to cut the walk short, he refuses, digs his heels in and will not move (I'm supposing he wants his full walk). when I don't want to go, those big brown eyes gets me up, because it's just him and me, so if I don't walk him....who will? And the second thing is...what if I had to be locked in the house all day? Wouldn't I want to get out. Absolutely. Do it for your daughter.

    We all have setbacks its a natural thing, I can say that b/c it took me 5 years to finally get it right! YOU CAN DO IT! Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start all over again. One day at a time. Small baby steps. GOOD LUCK. Maria
