As we go through our daily lives, we often get frustrated, angry, sad over silly things, like my computer won't work right or I'm going to miss my favorite TV show or the dog keeps jumping on the couch or that guy cut me off in traffic.

Tuesday morning at 2a.m. my cousin (only 38 years old) died after battling cancer for almost 2 years. She leaves behind a husband and 2 children (15 and 13). She was very strong and loved the Lord and I know that she is happy and pain free right now. But of course her family is left behind to struggle and pick up the pieces after she's gone.

I am holding my children tighter, checking myself when I get frustrated and thanking God for every day I can share my life with my husband, my children and others who are special to me.

May God Bless You all.

I was so sad to read about your cousin. We have known 2 young men who have lost their lives in Iraq in past few years. It is so sad to have a young life cut short.

Your blog was so eloquent & moving...

Your family is in my prayers -
