My Plan for the Week (May 19-24)

I don't often write down my plan for the week. I usually have an idea in my head of what I want to accomplish fitness wise and just fit it in where I can. This week is going to be crazy though so if I don't have a plan it won't happen. My little brother is getting married next weekend and I am a bridesmaid so I have many wedding related duties this week on top of normal life.
I want to look good in my dress so my plan is to do the Shred dvd everyday this week to have those muscles looking their best. I wouldn't normally do the dvd everyday, but it can't hurt anything. I also plan on running at least 21 miles as per my training plan for a couple races I'm doing in July. Hopefully I can stick to this.

MON-5 mile Tempo Run + Shred Level 3
TUES-8 mile Long Run +Shred Level 2
WED-Shred Level 1 &2
THURS-4 mile Easy Run + Shred Level 3
FRI-4 mile Easy Run + Shred Level 2
