The chain grows.

Someone suggested making a chain out of paper clips. You add one every time you lose another pound. It is just another visual to see your progress. Along with my Motivation Scrapbook and visuals in it, this has been a positive visual for me. I find I am losing an average of 1.2 lbs a week. At first I was not happy with this but then I did the addition the other way adding what I have lost to what I was originally and realized I could have gained 1.2 lbs a week and would be that much further from my goal as well as unhealthy and closer to disability. That is not something I want! So if its only 1.2 lbs I'll take it and run with it. It is definitely in the right direction. I am feeling good about it now and hope I can keep my chain growing, For each day I have more energy, less shortness of breath, and hopefully more time on this earth to spend with my family. I have met alot of friends on this journey and could not do it with all of their help. So Thank You all for your help and support as I continue on my journey.
