I generally did what I said I would last week. I think I skipped one day of cardio, but I got all my weight lifting in, and did several days of cardio. I logged all my food, I ate within calorie limits, and lo and behold, I lost exactly NOTHING.
My husband assures me it is because I began strength training again, and I am hoping he is right.
Every meal is a struggle for me. Three times a day I have to work to make good choices. It is really tough. It's easier for me to get up and work out, but to do both of those things very consistently and not lose weight is hard. I am hoping this week will be better.
