So today was day 4 of Bootcamp. I am SOOO Cranky today!! I truly believe that it's all sugar withdrawals. I've been 4 days without any sugar and my body is HATING it!! (although I know in the near future this will pass too.)
I stepped on the scale this morning and was down 4 and a half pounds since SUNDAY!! WOO HOO!!(not to mention in 4 days I have lost 6 inches off of my body..two of them off my waist!) The incredible SHRINKING WOMAN!!
Today's workout almost KILLED ME!! I jogged/walked intervals for 25 minutes, and plan on doing another round later this afternoon.
I am on my LAST pack of cigarettes today. Once these are gone that's it. There's just no way I can keep on smoking and continue working out and getting any kind of good results.
My eating since I stared has been FLAWLESS. No sugar, a gallon of water a day, staying within my ranges on calories, fat, and carbs and proteins.(basically a bodybuilder's diet)
I won't lie...it's TOUGH!! But I am resolute in my goals and WILL NOT BUDGE!!
