Listing, Living, Loving--I am BAAAACK

1. Listing: the last few weeks have been very complicated, busy, full of deadlines, and I kept trying to make LISTS of things that I had to do. A review of my lists revealed that I had omitted any exercise, ME-time, or healthy habits. Instead I found that I was listing things for a human-doing. There was no human-being events. NOT A HEALTHY THING for anyone.
2. Living: worked hard on meeting the deadlines necessary for my patients/clients/students. Living was going to work-staying till midnight then going to the castle to sleep then rising to return to work. When I finally finished my deadlines at work, I had to return to the castle to start packing. I was planning to leave the Navajo Nation to return to Texas. So many things to do ... and I did not make my healthy habits a priority... NOT A HEALTHY THING for anyone....
3. Loving: the Royal Consort and the youngest Prince-to-be arrive from Texas to move me and my stuff back to Texas. We go to the Grand Canyon and participate in all sorts of sight-seeing. We finish packing. I start EXERCISING again. We load the U-haul and head back to Texas. I am drinking WATER again. We stop in Roswell, New Mexico for a 'family reunion with the intergalactic aliens'. I am BREATHING DEEPLY. I am LOVING my family and remembering to LOVE MYSELF. I am excited about being back in the best castle... back into the heart of my soul-my home.... NOW I can begin working on my healthy habits. BEGINNING TO THINK HEALTHY... a good thing for anyone
so it seems that I still become overwhelmed with events.
I do not readily remember that I must take care of myself, my heath and my soul
I still need to work on my attitude towards self...
I must not become distracted by 'life-stuff' so that I ignore my health
In fact I must make my health a high priority in my 'life-stuff'
I am ready to BE
