Body For Life Challenge Countdown...

Today is Friday. I only have 2 more days after today until I begin my Challenge. 12 weeks of ass kicking workouts, and CLEAN eating...NO smoking, NO drinking...
I can't wait to meet the new me at the end of it all.
The best part though is that one of my best girlfriends has decided to join the challenge with me!! A little healthy competition never hurt anyone right??
I've made my checklist and checked it twice.
*Plan meals for first 4 weeks. DONE
*Shop for food needed for first full week. DONE
*Precook brown rice, chicken breasts, and miscellaneous veggies for the upcoming week. DONE
*Gather my supplements such as protein powders, ready to drink shakes and bars. DONE
*Do a dry run of each of the workouts I will be doing during the challenge to get a feel for how much weight I need to use. DONE
*Gather all tupperware containers so that I can assemble 3 days worth of meals at a time to keep in the fridge. DONE
*Assemble 3 days worth of meals at a time to put in the fridge. Doing it this evening after dinner.
I think I'm about as ready as I'll ever get to start!
Oh and before I forget I made 3 days without a smoke today!! Woo Hoo!! Here's to never going back to where I started!!
