SparkPeople is my friend!

OK. I've been neglecting SparkPeople for the past week. I've stopped counting my calories on here and instead started counting them in my head. I even stopped recording my exercise for the day. Mistake? I guess so. I know it's so silly but I'm up eight ounces since my last weigh in and part of me wants to chalk it up to water weight but my rational side is saying, "NO!" because let's face it...I'm a nighttime snacker and it's catching up to me.

So, I'm back to counting calories and recording my exercise and I WILL reach my first goal by July 6th. I WILL!
