Body For Life Day 2 of 84..Holy Triceps Batman!!

Today is day two of my Body for Life challenge. This means of course that yesterday I did my first Body For Life Upper Body Workout.( For those of you who have never done an Upper Body workout BIll Phillips Style this means that my arms were jello most of the day yesterday, and I can barely brush my hair and teeth today)
I was driving home from Target today and almost CRYING trying to turn the steering wheel in the truck...Yeah that's some serious DOMS(Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.)
My eating so far has been FLAWLESS. It's not hard for me to eat 6 meals a day. I've actually noticed since I started following the BFL eating plan a couple of weeks ago that I'm actually HUNGRY when it's time for me to eat.
I got some new dumbells today. They're made by Reebok and they are adjustable. I got one set that adjusts from 2.5-12.5 pounds, and another set that adjusts from 5-25 pounds. And some cool weight lifting gloves..LOL.
Today was cardio(High Intensity Interval Training) and I walk/jogged 2.5 miles. Yeah my calves really love me for that too...especially after the many nights of charlie horses this past weekend.
Tomorrow is my first BFL Lower Body Work Out so I doubt if I will be able to walk at all on Thursday. Maybe I'll crawl from the bed to the bathroom and lay my toothbrush on the floor and just rub my face across it..(just kidding I'm sure Bart will help me if I need him..)LOL
Off to get some rest..
Oh BTW. Today was my one week anniversary for quitting smoking!! Woo Hoo!!
