Hey Guys!!

I'm still around and plugging away at my challenge.

C1 W2 Day 13
Today was LBWO.

I did great on the legs part but I couldn't do any abwork because last week I actually STRAINED an ab muscle in my lower left region of my abdomen. OUCH!

Doc says to lay off the crunches until it doesn't hurt anymore or else I could actually TEAR it!

So far I have already lost 4 pound and an entire pants size!! WOO HOO!!

I have not really been taking "free days" because I'm a little scared I might go overboard and undo my progress. Seems to work for me and I feel fine doing it that way.

I've also decided to stop tracking my food on SparkPeople. In the book it says you don't need to count calories and I'm counting portions and tracking my food in the Body For Life Success Journal. (Which is REALLY AWESOME to keep me on track!)

I also just passed the two week mark smoke free!! No looking back now!! I can't believe how easy it was to quit once I was REALLY ready to do so.

Peace out Peeps!! Hope everyone else is progressing along too!!

Things are super crazy around the house right now with the boys out of I will be around sporadically until the middle of next month.

I will try to post updates as often as I can though..

emoticon on being smoke free for two weeks. Your doing great just make sure you don't over do anything. Give you abs the time they need to heal correctly. Your going to make you goal, you have the determination it takes to get there.
