Body Fat Percentage and More Numbers

Okay, I have the dressmaker's tape today. Here are more facts and figures:

Starting Weight: 189 pounds
Current Weight: 172 pounds
Goal Weight: 140 pounds

Waist: 36.5 inches
Hips: 42 inches
Neck: 13.5 inches

Current BMI: 28.6
Goal BMI: 18.5 to 24.9

Current Body Fat Percentage:
US Navy Body Fat Test says it is 40.30%!!
YMCA Body Fat Test says it is 35.24!!

Oooh. That's a lot of blubber! Apparently, average for a female in the US is 32%, but ideal for a female is 22%. So I am above both the average and the ideal, and you read all these stories about how fat women in the US are, and I am . . . fatter!

I need to go doooooooown toooooown!
