Almost to the half-way point. :)

As of this morning I am at 161 pounds. At 157 I will officially be at my half-way point! I'm excited and nervous and honestly a bit taken aback. I used to tell myself, "I'll start next month" or "It'll be my New Year's resolution!" and can you even imagine how many tomorrows I wasted away? I'm so proud of myself for finally committing and let me tell you, the rewards have been fabulous.

I just finished a delicious black bean salad with a side of fat-free cottage cheese and now it's off for some tennis playing and weight lifting. What a lifestyle change.
