Exercise on demand

It's the first rainy day I remember this summer, and renovations have begun, so my gazelle has been packed away. I was trying to figure out what kind of cardio I was going to do today (besides cleaning and moving furniture!), but then I turned on TV. There, on my On Demand channel, I discovered a whole array of workouts available. I had never noticed them before (we haven't had digital cable for long).

A salsa workout for me! I got my feet all tangled up, but I sure worked up a sweat and had a good time.
