getting enough fruits and veggies

Once again I have been asked my many people how do I get enough fruits and veggies everyday.
You need to remember what is a serving. 1 medium banana is 2 servings.
So if you eat 1 banana and lets say 4oz of orange you had 3 serving of fruit. That is a good start for your days fruit serving. If you sauté 3-4 large fresh mushrooms , 1/2 cup of bell pepper, I love the red one, 1/4 cup of onion then add a half cup of egg beaters you have yummy breakfast with 2-3 servings of veggies.
Get the idea 3 fruit and 3 veggies,just for breakfast you have had 6 servings. Then have salad for lunch with an apple or watermelon what ever you like , then once again you have some sort of veggie for dinner.
When you plan a head its really easy to get all the fruits and vegetables you want.
I think you should eat fruits and veggies every meal and snacks.
