...lower calorie consumption in Harmie and Harmie-related people.
I made muffins! First, I accidentally tipped over one of the muffin cups, which made that cup and the dough in it useless. (Trust me, I'm picky, so it's useless.) I threw it away. Then I made twelve more muffins anyway. (I also scrambled an egg and some zucchini and onions to go with mine.) I didn't use all the streusel topping, but there was plenty. After they were cooked to perfection, due to a brain fart, I put the tin on a burner I had inexplicably turned on and forgotten about. (I didn't even use the burner.) So there goes three more muffins in the trash.
Then I had my muffin, the scram, and a few wee cups of coffee. Instead of two ginormous cups.... That's how I make my tummy think it's getting more coffee, when it's actually getting slightly less.
So.... Carmelized onions as a side dish... yea or nay? Cause those things are sweet and yum. I could definitely eat an entire onion cooked in this manner.
