I'm so happy for myself. I have been struggling , so its so nice to see a loss. It gets real hard at times to stay focused on my goals. But I am determined to get there no matter how long it takes.

I need to get back to more rewards for each victory.
I posted a few new messages for myself. Positive talk is important to keep me on the right track and to remind myself how far I have come.

I thank you all for your support and encouragement.

    Your meal planning & exercise planning ARE keeping you motivated and focused. I want to be just like you when I grow up! lol

    each lb that u lose & keep off is a big deal!!!! have you ever heard that stuff about losing 1 lb takes x # of lbs of pressure off the knees?

    if you had 10 lb bags of taters, you would need almost 15 1/2 bags ~ could you even hold all that??? they would be stacked @ your feet, eh?

    1 more lb and it's 155. How awesome is that???

    Well, I'm sorry u have been feeliing discouraged/struggle ~ i know it is so much more fun when the lbs woosh off or seem to melt away...

    but i'm so inspired to see you just keep doing ~ u have taught me a lot about consistency and to keep going despite those days when my motivation seems 2 have evaporated!!!
