One WW week down - many to go:)

Well I am pleased to say that I lost 2.6 lbs this past week using the WW flex program. One of the best things I did for myself all week was to have my husband hide the bathroom scale. He took it away and only brought it back on my weigh in day. For some reason that thing just haunts me and even if I don't get on it I feel hatred towards it. Silly but true. On Tues I'll be leaving town for 3+ weeks to go back to work. It will be more of a challenge to stay OP while I'm gone but I know I can do it and will. My goal is to be 5 lbs less when I get back home the end of the month. Seems like a reasonable goal to me:)
