Finally I have a trainer that is working for me and I am excited about working out again! I counted it up the other night, he is #10 of all the trainers I've had. He is undoutedly the best one so far. I am enjoying that "good sore" right now from all he has had me do in the past 3 weeks.

I am sad that it is taking another person to get me fired up and motivated to take better care of myself, but that's where I am right now. I am going to work at not feeling bad about that right now. This is working so take it as the gift that it is.

I have gone down 7 pounds in 2 weeks. No doubt this is from losing alot of water weight and from stopping the mindless emotional binge eating and from the strength and cardio workouts. Again, this is working so I see this as a wonderful gift from above. Maybe I can get it together again. I can already tell my daily military uniform pants are fitting better. Since I have so few clothes that fit right now, I wear these pants more than than anything else.

Also have found a new software program called "Goal Enforcer". It is easy and fun and it has broken my long run of inactivity on many fronts, i.e. taking care of the house, taking care of me, taking care of my family relationships (remember I live alone so it is easy for me to put these important relationships on the back burner). I downloaded the program (not free though) and started using it immediately. The reason it is working for me, it is a VISUAL reinforcement of everything I get done. It changes the goal's color on the screen as soon as I complete the task. It also tells me continuously how I'm doing as far as percentage completion of the task or goal.

I so wish I had found this program before but the great thing is I've found it now. I use it every single day and find myself jumping out of bed to open it up and get going on my day. I look for more things to do just so I can get my percentage completion total up more before I go to bed everynight. The sooner I get started on it, the sooner my numbers are up higher. Every day I've been getting into the 40-50 percent or a little higher. I continue to strive for completing more each day.

Have been focussed on taking care of things for me first before anyone else. That may sound selfish, but I have always tended to take care of others before me. This is helping me to see how important it is for me to get basic tasks done to "take care of me" first then turn my attention and efforts to others and to work. I feel more in control of myself right now than I have in a long time.

Well, will sign off now. Must get to my Goal Enforcer and get started on my plan for the day and weekend.

Best Wishes to All...May we ALL remember we are so very Blessed...we just keep forgetting...
